• All .dxf’s for bulkhead, engine cover, floor, and rear bench seat included.

• Detailed assembly instructions (.pdfs) with and parts checklist included.

• Pre nested to merge onto leftover material of sheets from boat assembly.

• No extra material required, fits onto material listed for boat assembly

Specifications

• Seats 5

• 1/8” construction

• Hinged/removable bench seat, for easy access to fuel tank and front of engine.

• Fits all Seadoo, Kawasaki, K24, J series and some Yamaha. Engine cover would need extended 6” for Yamaha SVHO.

What’s Included

• All .dxf’s needed for cutting. (Assembly jigs included for ease of assembly)

• Bend info in the form of engineered .pdf drawings for all bend angles, and dimensions.

• Pre nested .dxf files. Toolpaths are the only thing needed to add.

• Individual .dxf files if different size materials work better for your application and with layered bend lines for CNC bending info.

• Parts checklist and part identifier diagrams

• Detailed pdfs of all assembly steps.

• No extra material required. This does change the size of 2 sheets from the boat assembly though.
