Cut ready, individual part .dxf files. Can be cut on smaller plasma tables. Organized and well named .zip folder download upon purchase . Assembly is pretty straight forward, with your included center profile jig .dxf, that you will use to start your “1,2,3,4” Center panels

Any bending required, has a relief cut, so no press brake is needed.

Extract files from included .zip folder. Part naming system should explain itself in your nesting software.

  1. Any parts numbered not followed by a letter, Only cut 1 of each of these, this means, they are the center panel, and do not need mirrored.

  2. Any parts labeled by a number, followed by a letter, such as but not limited to “1a, 3c, 4a” means it should be cut twice. One part for each side.

Sensor holes are not included in this file, but, are as simple as adding a set of 1.125 holes.
